Abdullahi Danbaba sworn in as Senator representing Sokoto South
Senator Abdullahi Ibrahim Danbaba was on Tuesday sworn-in as Senator representing Sokoto South Senatorial District.
He replaces Senator Shehu Tambuwal Abubakar of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, who was removed by the Court of Appeal last week following the 2019 election petitions.
Danbaba is of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who defected from the All Progressives Congress in the 8th Senate.
