The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has announced that the Bayelsa State Governor-Elect, Chief David Lyon will be presented a Certificate of Return on Thursday.
Lyon defeated 44 candidates including the
Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) ‘s flag bearer, Senator Douye Diri , to emerge the winner of the polls last Saturday
The ceremony would hold at the Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, Media Centre, INEC Bayelsa as announced by the commission’s Head of Department, Voter Education and Publicity, Bayelsa State, Wilfred Ifogah.
